After 8 years of being patients with Dr. Twerdi at Steelcroft Pediatrics she dropped all 3 of my children from her practice citing my oldest son had missed 3 appointments which is completely untrue. I think the way this practice goes about treating their patients is disgusting and they have 0 loyalty. We live on the other side of town a full 50 mins away from the practice and when my son walked into his appt 11 mins late he was told that he would have to reschedule even though the office was empty. I really hope they start treating their patients better and for now I will find a new Doctor for my children and make sure that I do my research on that providers reputation.
If you want your baby stabbed multiple times and a doctor talk to you like a dummy, then go here. Dr. Ofori-Monte is not friendly at all. Don't even look at you when you say bye. CNA lied about my baby temperature. I watched the thermometer both times and she recorded differently. Confronting her she said sorry. Another CNA stabbed my baby foot twice b/c she didn't know how to do it the first time. Squeezing my baby foot like a stress ball. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
We have had nothing but positive experiences at this office. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Michael has been nothing short of amazing. She is informative and thorough with a wonderful personality. Our baby smiles every time she comes here! Questions are always readily answered online or by phone, and sick visits are usually available the day of or next day. Online tools make accessing information and scheduling appointments a breeze. Wish we could have everyone transferred to where we are moving!
I usually have nothing but good reviews about this practice. but Recently my daughter had a appointment I took her and they told me that she was fine and prescribed eye drops for a prescription due to allergies. Not even 3 days later my child started to get really sick with fever cough and other the symptoms. When I call back for her to be seen again they tell me they can't see her at all for the day. So now I have to make arrangements to take her to the ER to be treated because they can't see her at all today. I'm so over this practice very unprofessional with clients
