I did my physical which was covered with my insurance, some how doctor or billing dept. apply incorrect code and my insurance company denied to pay for examination, I call billing dept to change the code and resubmit the invoice, I did follow up visit the doctor and explain what went wrong it has been 4 year no result and recently i check my credit score they went to collection agency and messed up my credit score.
I believe it's outrageous charging 15.00 per paperwork to fill out for FMLA.
On top of all of this my husband came there to get CHEST pain checked out and weeks later the results were mailed, not a call to follow up. I personally don't feel this is the right level of support for me and my family. I hope they start re-evaluating and showing some empathy to their patients.
Communication level is very low.
Short wait times, great doc's! They really take the time to check and double check everything!
Dr Belcher is very knowledgeable and thorough in his approach to diagnoses and treatment options. He is very informative and willingly answers all of our questions. :) We appreciate his patience and kind manner and highly recommend him.
Very disappointed with this practice so many issues I can't even say all of them. I started with Robin a PA who I liked and showed empathy but when I got really sick last year I had to push really hard that I felt her diagnosis was wrong and it was. Being young I felt I would rather switch to a Dr. who had a little more experience but overall she was fine. I personally prefer someone a little older. So depending on who I could get into I randomly saw Ghilcrist and Belcher. Recently I saw one because I had some pain, they suggested an issue did the treatment and still no resolution. They did some bloodwork and it came back and said nothing was found. I got a message even though the problem still was there that to "let them know when I feel better." I was very surprised as I felt the issue wasn't resolved. I told them I was unhappy as the problem was still there and I was concerned, I had to suggest for me to go see a specialist and they said ya do that.. After I got a formal letter saying they no longer wanted me as a patient. If the Dr's can't handle someone pushing back for the better of their health..then they did me a favor as I don't want them as my Dr.
