Clean store, slightly disorganized and difficult to find staff to help. However once you find the staff they are willing to help. One staff member even unpacked 5 boxes on top of all the shelves to help me get what I needed.
Prefer Hobby Lobby for prices. Michael's feels crowded compared to HL because the store is so much smaller inside.
Great for craft supplies, art supplies, picture framing, cake decorating supplies, painting supplies - oil and acrylic, but not a great selection of watercolor supplies.
Convenient location with plenty of parking. The staff has been helpful every time I've visited.
This Michael's never has what I need they only carry parts for a project, not the whole project. I needed thread and cross stitch fabric. They carry thread but not the fabric. So what is the point. Thier cake decorating department is tiny I always end up at a different place, for goodness sake Walmart carries more for cake decorating. The Michael's in Rock Hill is better.
