I spent almost 400.00 on front brakes and rotors, about a month ago and they are still screeching. I took my car back so that they could correct it, they suggested that it was my rear breaks and rotors accompanied by some leak from my axel that carried an 800.00 price tag..I had warranty on rotors and brakes from the dealership that had put them on so I declined the work , the guy at the front desk suggested that I NOT mention this suspious leak when I go to the dealer ( probably because it didn't exist).I took my car to the dealership had the rear brakes checked and replaced, paid my 90 bucks and guess what i asked them to check for the leak and no leak was found. My front breaks are still screeching. I have been using this AAA location since moving to Charlotte almost 4 years ago and I will not be returning. In the beginning they seemed honest and fair, now it seems they are fleecing the customers for money and using our trust in them to do it. I would rather pay dealership rates.
Reliable service/ fair pricing/ warranted services
We have been taking our car here for years. At first all was great and we had no complaints. I have asked them every time they do an oil change to rotate my tires and I had suspected they had not been for a while. This time I have confirmation that they did not do it and I have decided I will NEVER take my car back there. They have lied to me for years about something as simple as a tire rotation....what else are they dropping the ball on?
Love AAA!! So friendly and helpful! Been a member since 1981, they've helped me many times with a tow battery jump car repair insurance discounts Etc if you're not a member you need to become one it will save you money in the long run!
Huge mistake! This morning I dropped off my vehicle for what I thought would be a simple oil change. Despite making an appointment days earlier, it took them an hour and 15 minutes to get my van back to me. Not only that, but I had specifically requested that they write down what the tire pressure was in all four tires (I suspected I had a slow leak and wanted to check). Not only did they forget to do that, but they left my van's interior a complete disaster. There was black shoe grime on the carpet and inside the door, grease smudges over the dash and glove box. If that wasn't enough, they had somehow managed to knock over my thermos of coffee, spilling it all over the carpet. Of course they couldn't be bothered to pick it up, they just left it there tipped over on the floor and didn't say a word to me about it. This is by far the worst oil change experience I've ever had and we will NOT be bringing any more vehicles to AAA. As a AAA member, disappointed isn't a strong enough word.
