Not the best store to find fantasy/SciFi. 3 clerks and not one knew anything about the books I was interested in or could even recommend anything similar. They all were very pleasant and tried to be helpful.
BAM traded my puzzle when it had 4 missing pieces! The manager and staff were very kind. Love this store! Rivergate, Charlotte, North Carolina.

Outstanding customer service! I walked into the store to pick up three specific books as gifts. I knew nothing about them other than the titles & authors. Upon walking in, an employee immediately noticed me looking in the new releases section. She stopped what she was doing to offer me help. She found all three books for me. I didn't even ask for help. I was approached. This is a prime example on how to make a happy customer!
