Terrible experience! Overpriced, very unorganized and made several mistakes on my returns in 2013. I would never recommend this office to small business owners. They don't care about the small people, that is for sure!

Carol has taken the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the entire tax process step-by-step. She has also taken the time to inform me on other important issues a first time business owner should consider: retirement fund options, will, potential of hiring employees, etc. Not only has she been very helpful but it is obvious to see that she has a passion for entrepreneurship and helping small business owners. I would absolutely recommend Carol and her staff.
